Nobody believe in a perverse version of the Oaxaca goverment to
conceal and protect the true assassins.
The results of the investigation made by the government of Oaxaca presented by Lizbeth Caña Caleza, general Attorney of the state of Oaxaca and, the last given report to know by Dr Luis Mendoza of the Coroner Service (11-21-06) , agree vilely, who were two firings those that Brad Will and not one received as it affirmed to the Dr Guillermo Ruiz Avelino, who attended the Brad when he was transported towards the Red Cross.
The Particular Dr. Guillermo Ruiz Avelino, volunteer who attended Brad from the moment at which he was hurt by paramilitary to the service of Ulises Ruiz, needed that he gave the body of Brad with a single firing and that if later the government found another firing him, this they occurred it after he gave the Brad body to the Red Cross
Hospital.
This to it confirms that the system of justice of the state of Oaxaca is not only reliable, but that attempts against the possibility that justice to our Brad companion becomes, when lying, to manipulate and to invent a history that condemns the victims of Oaxaca to undergo infamous greater produced by impunity for to commit these murders that they want to burn itself in the forgetfulness.
We cannot not only trust the authorities of Oaxaca, that changed the history of the murder of Brad, but any of the Mexican authorities that insist on denying justice and punishment to him for the murder.
If the FBI is taking part in this investigation, it is not a guarantee either so that justice is made and count on an impartial investigation because we know, that neither the embassy, nor the Department of State of the EU, have demanded the government of Mexico, that is punished the assassins of Brad.
Specially because Brad is not a journalist of corporative means, this is very evident. We must face us the sad reality to recognize, that nobody is doing the sufficient thing to demand that justice becomes and firm condemns the perverse investigations that the system of justice of the state of Oaxaca has presented/displayed, therefore we must redouble our work to fight so that it is punished to the true assassins.


I am working in small a documentary one on the evidences that exist to deny to the judicial authorities of Oaxaca and to the corporative means that have manipulated the information to blame to the APPO and to exonerate the assassins.

dados a conocer por la procuradora de justicia Lizbeth Caña Calesa
y el último reporte dado a conocer el 21 de noviembre por el Dr. Luis Mendoza
del Servicio Forense, coinciden vilmente, que fueron dos disparos los que recibió Brad
Will y no uno como lo afirmó el DR. Guillermo Ruiz Avelino, quien asistió

El Dr. Particular Guillermo Ruiz Avelino, voluntario que asistió a Brad desde

precisó que el entregó el cuerpo de Brad con un solo disparo y que si después
el gobierno le encontró otro disparo, este se lo dieron después de que él lo

no es confiable, sino que atenta contra la posibilidad de que se haga justicia a nuestro compañero Brad, al mentir, manipular e inventar una historia que condena a

energicamente las investigaciones perversas que ha presentado el sistema

trabajo para luchar poa que se castigue a los verdaderos culpables.

trabajadores, ecologistas, pacifistas, activistas, profesionistas, medios
y todos los que buscamos la verdad y la justicia global, debemos estar
juntos para unirnos como uno solo,en la demanda para castigar a los
verdaderos culpables.
