The Late Nelson Mandela. R.I.P
Sources close to the former South African leader and anti-apartheid activist have informed this journalist that Mr. Mandela has passed away.
It is believed that Mr. Mandela passed away peacefully in his sleep within the past hour and a half.
Mandela was admitted to the Pretoria military hospital earlier today; however his condition deteriorated rapidly within the past few hours.
The 1993 Nobel Peace Prize winner was aged 94 and is survived by his wife Graça Machel and his five adult children.
