If we can get many more up by Sunday, especially across the street from the Garden, that would be fantastic. Anyone staying in the Pennsylvania Hotel????

Ideas---
For some reason, the city's laquered many manhole covers. Makes a perfect place to paint Peace signs, or to place a W in a circle/crossed out. There are alot of these "perfect canvas" manhole covers across from the Garden.

huh?

i never realized that hanging a banner was damagin property...also since when did right wing fanatics pay so much close attention to the indymedia site?

either:

a) a cop
b) a protestwarrior, et al.
c) someone fing with us.

either way. the examples we are setting for our kids are how to act creatively and nonviolently to demonstrate our beliefs and messages to a government that cares more about increasing their pockets from oil revunes and occupations than promoting democracy and liberation for all peoples. and this is done all nonviolently!!!!

brian, i'm really sorry, but you are the one living in the 60s...making comments about jane fonda? i mean come on - who the fuck is really organizing on behalf of jane fonda or supporting her leadership these days?
