highway 80 does not run through NY. it starts in NJ, heads west from there, & ends in San Francisco. does anyone know where this banner hang was?

today between 4 & 5 PM i was driving west on highay 80 in NJ. somewhere between NYC & Paterson i saw a banner hang off of an overpass fence! the banner was maybe 2' x 3', black fabric w/ gold writing, but a top corner was folded over the front, so i couldn't read it. does anyone know where this banner hang was?

and does anyone know where the midtown act-up banner was gonna be hung?

This is great, and I'm glad people put it up there. obviously a lot of work wen tinto it, and it will make people wonder. But could it be more effective? What will most people think on seeing the words "corporate cockus"? I'm guessing that most will be confused. It's great to offer a website, but a majority won't look it up. Wording a banner or slogan well is not an easy task, but it's an important one.

Again, I don't mean to dis this excellent banner hang, but to offer thoughts on how to make the next ones better.
