I went up to Madison Square Garden and found that the block of W. 35th street between 9th and 10th Avenues had become an outdoor arrest pen for about 100 Critical Mass Riders. Meanwhile, I met three people who were blocked from re-entering their building, located on this block at 444 W. 35th Street.
