This afternoon, Juanita Young, outspoken anti-police brutality activist and mother of Malcolm Ferguson (killed by NYPD in March 2000) testified in her own defense for the bogus criminal trespassing charge that had brought her into the Bronx courts twenty times in the last two years before her trial began this past Tuesday. Monday morning, she will be cross-examined by the DA. Show her your support on Monday, and show the DA we're not going to let him persecute one of our sheroes for speaking out against police brutality!
