Protest the killing of 500 animals every day at Huntingdon Life Sciences
Saturday, June 17, 2006 at 2:00 PM

Huntingdon Life Sciences (HLS) is a company whose primary business is death and suffering. 500 animals are killed by HLS every day. They are poisoned, they are cut and burned, they have limbs broken and on top of that they have to endure the cruelty of sadistic technicians who have been proven, in 5 undercover investigations, to abuse and torture the animals in their care.

Al brought in the next primate...wrapped up like a baby in a garbage can liner, with just her head sticking out. They put her on the wet and bloody necropsy table. Brian picked up his razor knife and grabbed a chunk of hair on her upper arm lifting the skin up. The he began hacking at the arm. His razor was dull and it took several swipes before removing a chunk of flesh the size of a lemon. I was so shocked I couldn't even ask what he was doing--the primate was still very much alive!!...They cut the primate's chest open and took a blood sample before retrieving the sponges. While Jim did that, Brian wrote his initials in the blood on the table."
From Diary of Despair by Michele Rokke....Notes from the undercover investigation into Huntingdon Life Sciences

Join us for an afternoon of protest and community outreach starting at the home of the CEO and largest personal investor in LSRI (HLS), Andrew Baker. From there we will visit some of HLS’ most important customers.

Every day 500 animals are killed at Huntingdon Life Sciences. Countless thousands suffer needlessly in HLS labs. You can help stop the killing. On June 17, 2006 you have the opportunity to speak out against the atrocities at HLS. These animals have no voice. They depend on us to speak for them. If you care, be there for them.
