a small tax on tobacco, stock purchases and a few other parts to the vice economy would help raise money for vaccinations, generic medicines and voluntary examinations of yearly check ups, family planning, and preventive care such as mental healt. Also neede in the U.S> is care for elderly. The U.S. has a large number of people who are retired. The immigrant numbers

are in undocumented and legal categories. Many of these people are in their teens, 20's and 30's. Their are health needs here but not as much as some would have you believe.

If you look at a city, a rach or a farm there are OSHA costs but these are light. Their are some voluntary family planning items for some women who use public health but again these are light. Pregnancy is a major cost but it is delayed by voluntary famiy planning.

In several areas M.D.s are not reimbursed fairly for helping patients back to health when covered by medicaid.This discourages m.d.s from signing up and limits acess.
