Latino Delivery Workers Sue Flor de Mayo Resstaurant for Labor Rights Violations

Virginia Lora | Four Latino delivery workers are pressing charges against Flor de Mayo, a Peruvian-Chinese restaurant in Manhattan, for minimum wage and overtime law violations. Workers were doing the jobs of delivery men and porter, working as many as six days a week, and as many as 72 hours each week while being paid $1.25 an hours.
