Three suicide bombers dressed as women?

Repost from jamie | "So everyone is cut up and bleeding, dead and dying, extreme grief and devastation all around, and they already have all these details figured out? What a crack crime scene investigation! These Iraqi’s must really be good at this.

I don’t know about you, but I smell more psyops rats. So who stands to benefit from “sectarian strife,” leading to “civil war?” What imperial forces have been playing the old game of divide and conquer for hundreds of years? Who will benefit most from the breakup of Iraq into three mini-states? I just can’t imagine?" more...  0 Comments

No yellow ribbons from this ex-marine

populist | We can and should support troops-to-be, but do so before they become troops. We should post a warning sign, and disclaimer, in all recruiting stations. Prospective enlistees should be told that their new employer will not be the Department of Defense, but the Department of War; and that their service will not be in the defense of freedom and democracy, but in the building of an empire for America's powerful elite. And that their countrymen, for all the yellow ribbons and pseudo-patriotic talk, will ultimately blame them for the added terrorism they instigate with their wars. Just like there is truth in lending, we should demand truth in recruitment. more...  0 Comments

Against the Liberal Instrumentalization of Auschwitz

Franz Schandl | Auschwitz becomes the pretext for diverse atrocities, the incentive for preventing what is worse.. What an achievement! Auschwitz has become an export-hit. We are called to critical thinking, to remove the log in our own eye before removing the speck in our own eye. Language, community, history and logic are under attack in the US of Amnesia (Gore Vidal) when offense becomes defense and means justify the end, when war is normalizd and foreign policy is militarized. more...  3 Comments
